Poster Session will be held in the early evening on Nov 1, 2006.
A wine and cheese reception will be included during this session.

Poster Instructions

  • If interested in presenting a poster, but an abstract has not yet been submitted:
    Go to the Abstract link in the left frame to find instructions and the link to submit your abstract

  • The poster boards being used will accommodate posters as large as
    4 ft (122 cm) high by 4 ft (122 cm) wide.

  • Posters larger than 4'x4' will not be displayed.  

  • Push pins and Velcro dots will be available for mounting posters.

  • Poster session will be held on Wed (Nov 1) and will consist of a large group of presenters. Poster sessions allow attendees to speak with the presenters on a one-to one basis.

  • Posters can be mounted anytime during the morning of the day assigned. Posters must be taken down after each session and all leftover posters will be removed and discarded.

  • Posters must be displayed and manned during the assigned poster session.
